Case Study

A large investment consulting firm recently engaged WinMore Plans to conduct qualitative interviews and a quantitative survey to better understand client perceptions. Project fees were approximately $25,000 and included 20 client conversations and 110 Rapid Survey responses. Final results provided 54 recommendations set into a prioritization table to help the consulting firm determine where to invest and improve client service.
